A full maintenance check of appliances, light bulbs and damages is carried out every Time MPS visits your property for a clean. If there are any damages to your apartment from the renters we will contact you via email, fax or telephone immediately.

Maintenance checks will be carried out each time we visityour property after every departure clean and on monthly visits. Additional maintenance checks cost 10€ per visit. Additional charges will be made if we have to carry out repairs or replace fittings. We will inform you of any problems that may arise and quotes will be obtained and discussed before any works are carried out.
